From 2028 onwards, the Pratteln business campus is undergoing a significant expansion with the H²: a state-of-the-art building for ambitious companies. Up to six floors will provide over 10,000 m² of flexible rental space – ideal for businesses in industry, research, technology, healthcare, or services. Whether you need light industrial facilities, laboratories, precision engineering, a showroom, a health center, offices, or a medical practice, H2 can be adapted to your requirements.
