From 2028 onwards, the Pratteln business campus is undergoing a significant expansion with the H²: a state-of-the-art building for ambitious companies. Up to six floors will provide over 10,000 m² of flexible rental space – ideal for businesses in industry, research, technology, healthcare, or services. Whether you need light industrial facilities, laboratories, precision engineering, a showroom, a health center, offices, or a medical practice, H2 can be adapted to your requirements.

The new H² building is being constructed on the business campus, right next to Pratteln train station and just 400 meters from the A2 highway. You can reach downtown Basel in just 10 minutes and EuroAirport in 20 minutes – it couldn't be more central.
Basel SBB train station is only 8 minutes away by train, with convenient quarter-hourly services.
